About Bob Moyers

Robert Clarence Moyers, the founder of the Positive People Partners - Center Of Unconditional Love (PPP-COUL), was born on Jan. 14, 1941, in Steubenville, Ohio.

His parents, Clarence & Leah Moyers, raised him in a loving home. He and his brother, James Moyers, attended the LaBelle View United Methodist Church, where Bob asked Jesus into his heart as a child.

Bob graduated from Steubenville High School with honors in 1959. He was the editor or the school newspaper and the sports editor of the school yearbook.

Bob graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1963 with honors and a Bachelor's Degree in journalism and history.

He received his Master's Degree in Mass Communications from the University Of Iowa in 1965.

He started his career in public relations in 1965 as the Sports Information Director at Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio, and accepted the same position at Bowling Green State University in 1970. He received several awards in publications from the College Sports Information Directors Of America association. In 1978, Bob resigned from his position at Bowling Green and founded his first company, College & Prep Athletic Marketing Services (CAPAMS). He also founded Ourway and Signature Custom Printed Products in the 1980's and 1990's as he sold Advertising Specialties to companies and organizations in Northwest Ohio.

On Nov. 1, 1983, Bob became a born-again Christian and dedicated his life to God and made a promise to do God's will to the best of his ability for the remaining years of his life. From 1983 through 2004, he founded the Center Of Positive Encouragement (COPE) and the Positive People Partners to help people become effective communicators and reduce and eliminate negativity and negative stress from their lives. He became a very good speaker and authored books and articles about anger, love, communications, and stress. He became a Distinguished Toastmaster with Toastmaster's International and developed a ‘Mr. Happy’ program as an entertaining and humorous speaker.

In 1994 he established National Forgiveness Day as a day of celebration and remembrance of the importance of forgiveness in living healthy and happy lives. The name was changed to National Forgiveness & Happiness Day in 2012 and is currently celebrated on All Saints Day, Nov. 1, of each year.

In 2006, Bob founded the Center Of Unconditional Love, and in 2007 he published his first full-length book, ‘The Power Of Peaceful Thinking - How To Know Jesus Christ as Savior, Lord, Master, Friend, and King.’

In 2013, Bob produced a dynamic Be Healthy Plan For True Happiness which is designed to help people do God's will each day and to be like Jesus to everyone they meet. The one-page plan asks people to love, care, listen, encourage, forgive, and pray for one another. The plan also asks people to control their words, admit shortcomings, trust God and be like Jesus each day. He also wrote a  True Happiness, Good Health & Well Being Plan that needs to be read, followed, and shared by everyone using the Pay It Forward method in celebration of the National Forgiveness & Happiness Day.

Bob's mission is to teach TRUE HAPPINESS, GOOD HEALTH, AND WELL BEING  to as many people as possible in honor of National Forgiveness & Happiness Day and encourage people to do God's will and to distribute copies of the TRUE HAPPINESS PLAN MESSAGE to everyone.

On Feb. 21 on the day that Billy Graham passed away, Bob dedicated his life to being a prophet for this generation and a successor to Dr. Graham. In the last 2 years he has offered the TRUE HAPPINESS PLAN to the governors of all 50 states, many health care and wellness local and state organizations, and to many local, and national churches and worship centers. On August 21 of 2021, Bob expanded the Positive People Partners and the Center Of Unconditional Love to include the Followers of Jesus, the Kingdom Age Church, and the Family of God organization. On August 21, the five organizations dedicated themselves to sharing the written and spoken True Happiness Plan Pledge, True Happiness Plan Prayer, and the Gospel of the Kingdom Of God messages with as many people as possible during the next 42 months before the sounding of the 7th trumpet and the repture of the Church Of God.

Bob and his wife Margaret (Peggy) were married on Dec. 24, 2002 as an additional marriage for both. 

Peggy served as an LPN before she retired in 2011. She is still involved as a caregiver in home health care. Bob still is involved as an inspirational and motivational speaker. His passions include being an avid sports fan and playing competitive bridge as a member of the American Contract Bridge League. Peggy loves her catsl, loves to cook, and joins Bob as an avid sports fan.
